David Willse – Chief Executive Officer

David is experienced in every aspect of employer sponsored benefit programs, and he understands the challenges facing both small and large enterprises. As a business owner and entrepreneur, David founded and built two third party administration companies and a provider management company. He was head of a major business unit at CareFirst with 1,000 employees and approximately 1 billion in sales. Prior to joining IWS, David started a benefits consulting firm Roslyn Management Group (RMG). In addition, he established InforMed, a medical management company with predictive modeling tools, a web-based data management platform, and a physician management company.
Stuart M. Sutley - President

After graduating from the University of Virginia in 1987, Stuart completed a successful four-year-tour in the United States Marine Corps as an infantry officer culminating in a strategic battalion position during Operation Desert Storm. Following Desert Storm, he embarked on a five-year opportunity with consumer products giant Newell Corporation, holding positions ranging from production supervisor to product manager to national sales manager. While working for Newell, Stuart also earned his MBA from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. In 1998, Stuart was recruited by Bank Boston Ventures to work with one of its portfolio companies, Langston Corporation, where he managed in excess of 500 employees and developed sales budgets in excess of $75MM.
A desire to make a difference with employees after his years of working in employee-related industries led Stuart to found Innovative Wellness Solutions (IWS). With a goal to add value to the lives of people and help companies better manage future health-related employee and dependent issues, IWS' customized platform treats each company and each participant as a unique situation, thus driving tangible results.
Jonathan W. Anders – Chief Operating Officer

Jonathan has more than 20 years experience and lead a small benefits company where he was employed since 1995 and has grown the firm to a regional leader in the benefits field. His vision has since commandeered the talents of several industry veterans bringing more than 75+ years of combined benefits management expertise to its daily operation. In addition, Jonathan is the Chairman of the Joint Legislative Committee for both the Maryland Association of Health Underwriters (MAHU) and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). Working diligently to improve the health care landscape in the State, Jonathan contributes considerable time to advocating and addressing legislation for the industry. He routinely meets with State delegates to evaluate and impact Maryland Small Group Health Insurance reform.
Ned Dukehart, CEBS – Executive Vice President Sales

Ned’s professional background consists of healthcare and employee benefit consulting experience. He has worked with groups ranging from under 100 employees to over 3,000 employees. He has extensive experience in all aspects of insurance, self-funding, provider contracting, underwriting, reinsurance, claims administration, disease management, medical management, and all ancillary lines of benefits. He received his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation in 2003. Ned also served three years in the Marine Corps.
Susie Wittich

With a 15+ year career in non-profit development work for major organizations such as Washington College, Cabrini College and Living Classrooms Foundation, Susie has blended strong communication and interpersonal skills with the strategic focus that is necessary for successful program implementation and goal management. She greatly enjoyed the variety of tasks associated with development work, and was involved with everything from major gifts solicitations, grant writing, event planning and execution, public relations issues, marketing and external communications.
Passionate about the organizations for which she works, Susie sees wellness as key to managing successful lives and organizations. When her youngest son was diagnosed with asthma as an infant, wellness and health management became her primary focus. While there is no cure for asthma, careful management and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle has significantly and positively impacted not only her son, but her entire family. Susie has seen first hand how a proactive commitment to wellness can affect the lives, and she welcomes the opportunity to help bring her business skills and her personal experience to your organization.
Matthew Eversmann - Health Leadership Training and Operations Support

1st Sergeant Matthew Eversmann retired as a US Army Ranger in 2008. Matt, who was the leader of Chalk 4 during the Battle of Mogadishu (October 3, 1993) depicted in the movie Black Hawk Down, comes to IWS to assist in training and operations support.
1St Sergeant Eversmann spent eight and a half years in the 75th Ranger Regiment serving as a squad leader, a weapons squad leader, the Battalion Air Operations Sergeant, the Battalion Liaison Sergeant, and a Platoon Sergeant. Eversmann also was the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the 75th Ranger Regiment's Pre Ranger Course that helps train soldiers to pass Ranger School. He was the Leadership Award winner at Ranger School, the Primary Leadership Development Course, and the Basic NonCommissioned Officers Course. He also graduated from the Master Fitness School, Jumpmaster School, Special Operations Tactics course, and the Equal Opportunity Course. Eversmann wears the following awards and decorations: the Army Service Ribbon, the National Defense Service Ribbon, 8 Army Achievement Medals, 4 Army Commendation Medals, a Meritorious Service Medal, the Ranger Tab, Master Parachute Wings, Royal Thai Jump Wings, British Jump Wings, Egyptian Jump Wings, and the Expert Infantryman's Badge. For his service in Somalia he was awarded the Bronze Star with Valor device and the Combat Infantryman Badge.
Matt retired after finishing his career with several tours in Iraq and Afghanistan as the Company First Sergeant for Alpha Company, 4th Battalion, 31st Infantry Regiment, of the 10th Mountain Divisions 2nd Brigade Combat Team.
Samantha Boellner, Nurse Practitioner - Chief Clinical Officer

Samantha (Sam) joined IWS after years of experience in clinical and family practice settings assessing the immediate and continuing needs of patients and implementing evidenced based care with respect to a variety of outpatient procedures/surgeries. Sam was also responsible for counseling and educating patients and families regarding proper care after discharge.
With this experience, Sam has become an important asset in assisting IWS clients in analyzing claims, pharmacy, HRA and biometric data, then working to develop a strategy to best fit the client population. With her ability to work with senior management and then carry the message of prevention to the employees and dependents, her ability to reach all levels of an organization make her a very unique and gifted care giver.
Barbara Tessari, CEBS, CPT, CWC - Director of Lifestyle Coaching

Barbara Tessari has recently joined with Innovative Wellness Solutions (IWS) to provide targeted lifestyle coaching to an organization's highest risk population and assist them in strategies to create sustainable change. Barbara is a Personal Trainer, Certified Wellness Coach, Motivational Speaker and Author. In 2002 she wrote the book,
The Pizza and Ice Cream Diet, revealing the myths, lies and deceptions of the food and diet industry. Her new book,
Find Your Balance in an Out of Balance World helps people achieve balance in spite of their hectic life with a common sense approach that focuses on "why" we are resistant to changing our lifestyle behaviors. Barbara became passionate about helping others after overcoming her own battles with her unhealthy behaviors and the revelation that taking care of her personal self positively impacted every aspect of her life.
Barbara is also a Certified Employee Benefit Consultant (CEBS) with over 20 years experience in the Benefits/HR field and has a special interest in working with employers to promote health and productivity in the workplace. With her combined knowledge, of Benefits/HR and Wellness, Barbara has a unique specialty of looking at Workplace Wellness from a strategic level understanding the objectives of the employer and the needs of the population. As a dynamic speaker, she delivers educational and motivational presentations on a wide range of Lifestyle speaking topics from Stress Management to interactive Cooking Demo's on preparing economical healthier meals in 20 minutes or less. She is a member of International Society of Employee Benefit Specialists (CEBS), the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Speaker Association (NSA).
April Tripp, Ph.D. - Research and Development

In addition to her role with IWS, Dr. April Tripp is currently an assistant professor of Wellness for the Community College of Baltimore County specializing in holistic health. She has spent over 25 years serving individuals of all ages and families in the field of health and wellness as an educator and consultant. She holds a Doctorate degree in Kinesiology from Texas Woman's University and a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Psychology from Johns Hopkins. She uses this unusual degree combination to fuel her special interest and curiosity in the connection between the mind and body. In 1994 the American Association of Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance awarded Dr. Tripp with the Mabel Lee Award, a national honor for the most outstanding young professional in the field. In addition she has been awarded highest honors for her teaching and service to children, families, and the community. Dr. Tripp's research interests focus on how one's attitude can affect his or her body and in turn, how caring and listening to the body can affect one's attitude. April believes that perfect health is a possibility for everyone once we learn to balance the needs of our body and mind and act on our inner wisdom.
Read Murray - Field Coordinator

A Towson University graduate, Read has always had a passion for helping others. Before she joined the team at IWS, she was a manager of a catering company located in Baltimore. Read helped coordinate and organize each event along with managing others in the company. In October of 2005, she was introduced to IWS and saw the opportunity to help promote health and wellness among employees. Since then she has been managing accounts along with planning each wellness event in great detail. IWS offers Read to follow her belief in a better way of living and to help introduce others to healthier ideas.
